How come my payment info is not showing?

I am trying to create a submissions form for an art competition. the submission per entry is $20. we are asking people to use paypal. 

in the template creation it is showing that i have paypal integrated but the link in the site is not showing the payment option. 

what gives?

I have checked your form, and the payment information is under its own form collapse tool named Payment:

Payment option seems to be loading fine, as soon as the Payment form collapse is expanded. Your payment tool may have been positioned under the Entry information form collapse before.
