Linking PayPal Account at JotForm

Hello, How do I link the paypal option to my paypal account?  I do not see anywhere in JotForm where I enter in the API credentials or even a Merchant ID #?  Or do I need to create the paypal button from paypals site and somehow insert it as html into the jotform?  Also how do I do a test run to ensure the money shows up in paypal?  Do you have a test mode?
