I have a customer telling me my payment widget is in test mode, but when I go into settings it isn't

    I believe that you are referring to the form titled "Missouri Society of Radiologic Technologists - Conference Registration (v1.4)". I've checked your JotForm and see that the Stripe Payment tool is set to receive payments live. I've tried to submit the form using the test credit card number which was failed. If you see that the issue is still persisting, you may try connecting the Stripe account using API Keys instead of Stripe connect. You can find the API Keys for your Stripe account by following the guide below:

    If you are referring to any other JotForm in your account, please provide us with the form ID/URL so that we can take a look and guide you in the right direction.

    Yes, it was the registration form.  I went ahead and used the API Keys and that seemed to clear up the issue.  Thank you very much for your assistance!
