Or other field from the form

Its best if it would be date_name_brand_name_jotform.

It is possible to change these setting for the forms to be saved in a different name way?

If so, how and where should I change the setting on this one?

    Thank you in advance!

You can change the submission folder name and the PDF submission file name, but the uploaded files will remain to have the original file name of it.

You can use the Unique ID widget and have a custom folder name, here's a guide that you can follow: http://www.jotform.com/help/255-How-to-setup-folders-using-UniqueID-in-Dropbox.

Or you can combine fields by using the form calculation widget. Below is a screenshot of it. I'm adding the "Full Name" field, appending a "_" and the "Email" field. Make sure to set them in "a-z", by default it is set to "0-9" which gives you a numerical value.

In the Dropbox integration, you can then use that widget. You now have a custom folder name with a combination of response date + full name + email.
