Question about sub account response limitation

If I create a form using my master account and share that form with a sub account, does the 100 responses per month apply or will that form share the master account's 10,000 response limit of our Silver Plan?

The limit applies to the master account since the form is created there. 

If a form is created by a sub account and the master account clones the form does the cloned form take on permissions of master account?

If the form is created in the folder shared by the master account, it will receive the upgraded limits and permissions of the master account.  If the form is cloned to the master account, it will also have the upgraded limits and their set permissions.  Anything created by a sub-user outside of the shared folder will be created in the sub-user account and will not have any permission limits or upgrades of the master account since it is not created under that account.
