I would like to insert the shape in my wordpress site on a lightbox. I copy and paste the link below into the text area. But nothing happens. How to make sure that there was a button, clicking on which there was my form as a lightbox?

That code creates a button, that must be clicked to open the form, if it's not working then there should be a conflict with the script in the form and the script in your website. Could you please share us the link to your website?

May we know what part of your website the form is located? Apologies, we're having a hard time finding where the form is embedded. 

I cloned your form and tested it on my Wordpress test environment.

I copied my lightbox embed code and pasted it under the "Text" tab in a new post. 

Here's how it looks like:

 

If you have a lot of script libraries or plugins in the website, that might be conflicting with the Lightbox embed code, failing to launch. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a solution for that case as it is a code conflict due. You need to use the iFrame embed code instead to avoid script conflicts.

Perhaps you are referring to the envelope not matching the form? Or you would like to have a lightbox?
