Preview shows different view to edit view

Dear Support,

 

I've just edited a form and in edit mode and saved it shows old entries that I had removed previously. I have logged out closed my bowser and and logged in again bit it still shows incorrect preview from my edit mode?

If you look at top part of form and all the radio buttons for Singles and Artisitc these are removed in edit mode.

Sorry for inconvenience this may caused you. When I opened form you provided I saw that all radio button options for Singles and Artisitc are shown. 

After that I have checked form revision history of your form and I saw that on current version Singles and Artisitc should not be shown. Then I have opened your form in Form builder and I did not saw Singles and Artisitc option. After that I have previewed your form and now it looks like this. 

Please check your form and see if this is the correct version of your form is now show.
