i can't find the publish button to click on

The Publish button is shown inside the Form Builder, when you are editing your form. So first, if you are on your My Forms page, you need to open you form for editing:

Inside the Form Builder, the Publish button should be at the top, right next to the Emails and Thank You button. If you do not see the Publish button, you may need to click on Setup & Embed tab first, as depicted in the image below:
