PayPal E-Cheque Not Appearing on form

    Hi,

We have received a PayPal payment via one of our forms, however the form does not show a submission.

Is this because the payment hasn't cleared yet?

PayPal states that the payment will clear in 7 days. Does this mean that there will be a submission showing on our form in 7 days when the payment goes through?

    Thanks

Are you referring to the form Battle of Lansdown March 2016 Booking Form?

It seems like there are incomplete payments in that form.

Incomplete payments means the user changed their mind and closed the Paypal page before completing the payment. This is why they are not logged in the submissions page. For more information regarding Incomplete Payments please check this guide: How to View Incomplete Payments

    Hi.
No, not that form. This was done with the iNVNCBL form.
The payment has gone through as we have had an email from PayPal, however you can see there are no submissions on the form.

The issue you are having might be related to your account being from Europe. You can check out this article for more information regarding the EU Safe forms: EU Safe Forms: Our Solution to the EU Safe Harbor Invalidation

To solve the issue, simply follow the steps below:

    1. Click the person icon in the menu

    2. Click Account

    3. Select the Settings tab

    4. Check the option to "Store my data only in Europe"

Once you check this option, all your data will be stored in our European servers. That should solve your issue regarding the submission in the iNVNCBL form.

Do let us know if you need further assistance.

    Hi,
    This is not the problem.
When a normal paypal payment goes through the data appears correctly as it should. It is related to an e-cheque payment from PayPal.
    Thanks

I think that this could not be possible, when your submitter is redirected to the PayPal payment page, the submissions is made immediately, one of the possibilities could be that it's being taken as incomplete payments, you should check your form following the steps provided by my colleague above.

The submissions should be there as incomplete, if you do not find them in the submissions page, I just did a test in your form, as I did not complete the payment, the submissions is in the incomplete payments section.
