We do not have any settings related to the PDF quality. Is there are any specific quality issues with generated PDFs?

Can you please also clarify your question about a form word conversion?

    Thank you.

Unfortunately, if you are replying in this thread using the email software/client, the attach files won't be able to go through in our forum. You need to directly visit this thread using this link http://www.jotform.com/answers/768776, and use the upload image button on the reply textarea for the screenshot.

Or you can upload the PDF sample you have in a hosting site like Dropbox or Google Drive and share the link here.

You cannot convert forms or submissions to a word document. However, you can easily download the submissions as an excel or CSV file (aside from PDF). You can follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/44-How-to-Export-Form-Data-to-Excel

If you are referring to a fillable PDF, you can learn more about it in this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/312-Fillable-PDF-Everything-you-need-to-know-about-JotForm-Fillable-PDF-Creator

    We'll wait for your response.

PDF formApologies for the inconvenience. The "Create PDF Form" will sometimes won't be able to fully convert how the web form looks like in the PDF file. I checked your PDF form and it seems to be good in my end. I'm using Adobe Acrobat Reader to view it.

May we know what specific problems you are having so that we can better check it? Please note that we suggest using Adobe Acrobat Reader or Foxit when viewing or completing fillable PDF forms.

We have forwarded a bug report ticket to our developers about pixelated headers on the PDFs. We do not have any ETA for when it will be fixed, but we will let you know once we have any updates.

If you do not need fillable PDF, it is possible to print a web form version into a PDF file with Google Chrome.
