Why is my form blank?

I worked (quite extensively) on a form.  The next day, I went in to edit it.  It said "Loading, Please Wait," but then it was blank.  I saved it several times during the process, so I know it's not that.

I thought maybe it was just a glitch for the day, so I tried again the next day, and it's the same thing.  I have not published it yet, so I do not have an URL to give you.

I checked your account and I can see two of your forms are blank. However, I opened them and they are blank in the Form Builder as well, I would suggest you to check the form history, you can see the changes on your form and then restore to a previous version where the form was working.
