How do I go back to no theme

    Are you referring to the theme on this form (http://www.jotform.com/form/60415950804150)?

    You can revert your form to a previous version that has no theme by using the Form Revision History. Simply follow this guide to revert the form back to its previous version: How to View Form Revision History
