Submit button image does not appear on form

    Hello,

     

    I would like that the submit button is just an icon instead text, I have updated the icon (png file) and included it as background in the css icon.

    It works fine while I am working on it, it looks great, but when I save and go to look at the form, there is no icon... can you help?

    I presume this now resolved? I can see the submit button icon in your form here.
