    my upload space ware not reset for new month?

    I'm sorry, but the File Storage is a fixed limit and won't reset every month. You have to delete your submissions with file uploads in it to free up some space on your account. Please make sure to keep a backup of your submissions before deleting them. You can download it as excel or CSV.
