The downloaded excel file of the submissions shows nothing

Hi, so we get our survey answers registered but it show nothing when we download excel sheet. It is very important as we do a major research. Please help us as soon as possible. It is urgent.

I was able to download it from the main account, but I think you are having problem downloading it using your own account which is a sub-user. Can you please confirm if you were able to see the entire form submissions in the form submissions page?

I tried accessing the submissions using your account, but it's blank so I need to know if you are getting the same. This way, we can submit a bug report to our developers for this feature.
