    What if I need to have several forms in my domain? Are the same steps from above?

    Marcel,

    You only need to add a CNAME record once. All your forms can then use the same URL structure.

    For example, if the subdomain you used for the CNAME record is myforms.mydomain.com and your form URLs (in the JotForm website) are http://www.jotform.com/form/091234556 and http://www.jotform.com/form/091234557, you can simply replace http://www.jotform.com/ with http://myforms.mydomain.com.

    So your new form URLs will be:

    http://myforms.mydomain.com/091234556

    and

    http://myforms.mydomain.com/091234557
