want to add as payment gateway a service called Conekta

We want to use a service called Conekta as forn of payment (https://www.conekta.io/es/docs/librerias) because of the diversity it offers as payment in my country (paypal is not working for us)

I would like to know if it is possible to include another payment tool and if you can help configure, at least the first time (and teachme). It this is possible, where should we start. Conekta  peaple is asking me to have a programmer on my side in orther to configure, I am NOT  a programmer, and would like to know how much help can I geg from you on this.

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to add Conekta as a payment gateway for your form. If you like, I can send a feature request for the Conekta payment gateway on your behalf. However, there is no assurance that the feature will be implemented as it depends on the workload of our developers and on the amount of users requesting the feature.

I WOULDappreciate if you could make the feature request. I know mine is a small account, however, I work for a company that organize events and we are just starting to use automated online registration, so eventualy this will grow. However, regarding paypment, paypal does not cover our needs and we need to work with a mexican company because of taxes and all that legal stuff. THANKS

Another question, I´m not programmer but if I had one, could he make the integration, or is it something you can only do?

I will forward your request to our developers to have a look.  We generally add features based on the popularity of that feature.  The more requests for something to be added, the more likely it is to be implemented.

If you had a programmer, you would not be able to add the integration in yourself, however, you could likely integrate each form individually using the source code of your form:
