I need to be able to access my submissions links...NOW! How can I access them?

    I am production manager for a literary publication called Canvas Literary Journal. We depend on Jotform to organize our submissions and use the links constantly to read and rate submissions so that we can decide what gets put in each issue. We've been using this service for two years now and have never encountered a problem.

    A week ago, or there about, I went in one day and was working through submissions, but the following day when I tried to do the same thing all of the submission links could not be found. This is when I discovered that the form suddenly wanted me to upgrade. I don't understand why this happened so suddenly when we have been receiving the same amount of submissions for over a year now with no indication of issues.

    I have gone through and deleted old forms and cleaned out bad files from current forms, but I still cannot access the links, they are being withheld from me. Canvas needs to be able to access these links NOW so that we can prepare for out editorial meeting on march 5th, when we need to have all of those submissions read by.

    We are a self-sufficient teen-run magazine that does not have $200 something dollars a year to "upgrade" to a service that would provide us with way more storage then we would ever need. We only receive about 100-150 submissions a month, some months we receive none at all, and we do not keep out old forms around for any longer than we need to.

    Right now, I'm just concerned about getting into our most recent Spring 2016 form to be able to access our links, because without those we cannot function or do any of the work we need to. In the long term, I'm wondering what Jotform can do to help us avoid having these issues in the future, otherwise we may be forced to switch services.

    Your account is currently over its limits for stored files.  We allow for up to 100mb of stored files, your account is at 525mb.  If you have deleted forms, they need to be fully purged in order for the storage total to be reduced:

    Rather than restoring them, you would select purge instead.
