Your account is auto-suspended by our phishing detector system because you have fields that ask user password.

If you are trying to create a sign up or log in form, this is unfortunately not possible with JotForm. Since the forms cannot query outside sources, the forms would simply collect usernames and passwords, which is against our terms of use.

You can setup a form to collect details such as name, address, email address and other non-sensitive information.

I've deleted these fields and I've activated your account back. We would be so grateful if you don't ask user password again.

If you require more information please do not hesitate contacting us. We will be glad to assist you.

Beril, thank you so much for your time and your answer. Well, I didn't know this, things that happen when not read the terms of use, sorry for that.

I'm using this form with "user and password" to create users in my website, this because the "register" is not working. Is possible something like one "permit" for use this?

     Thanks in advance.

PS: I created this fields again before read your answer, but now that I know this, I deleted again the fields that are not allowed.

Please note that Jotform users are not allowed to create forms that collect login credentials (username and password).

Here's an excerpt from Jotform's Terms of Use:

"Collecting Sensitive Information. You may not use the JotForm to collect certain types of sensitive information, including but not limited to credit card information and any type of login credentials."

I can see that your account was suspended again. If you want to be able to use your account, you will have to remove the forms in your account that collect login credentials.
