How to transfer submission into a form.

If I clone a certain registration page from my site and form another registration page with it, how can I transfer all the submissions over to the cloned page?

Please advise

If you have the submissions in CSV or Excel format, you can use the Import Data app: https://apps.jotform.com/app/import_data

I tried that link but when I go to import it tells me I have 59 errors it syas the template must match the form. I am trying to import the three Teams fro Battle @ the Beach & Boardwalk to The empty Battle at the Beach & Boardwalk form

Once yo download the submissions as CSV or Excel, Please check this guide in order to import: http://www.jotform.com/help/308-Import-App-Easily-import-your-Excel-or-CSV-data-into-JotForm

I tried importing and it did not work

This is what I got

Battle at the Beach & Boardwalk

Some of the fields have special formatting, like the address and time fields. Ensure the file's format is identical to the template.
Include 'Submission Date' column in template file.
.csv template format - The top line of your csv file should be identical and the remaining lines should match the format.

nb: If there is no data for a certain column leave it empty but remember the commas.

.xls template format - The top line of your csv file should be identical and the remaining lines should match the format.

Please note that the csv file should be identical with the template format being shown by the import app.
Example (This is just a demo for a sample form, your forms will have different csv template):
Current import app template that you need to replicate in the csv.
Current csv file downloaded from the original form.
Now we need to edit the csv file so that it looks the same as template format shown in the app.
Do the same to the rest of the fields until everything is the same.

Now once everything is the same, save the CSV. Then click the Change button to upload the CSV file to the app. Click Import afterwards to complete the Import of the submissions.
The import should now be successful and no error will appear when you use the import app.
