The setup with drive was working and now is not. The forms are not going to the folder I specify and when I tried to undo and redo the setup, still nothing happens.

I cloned your form and tested the integration with Google Drive, it is working on my end.
What is the error message that you are receiving on your end?
Is it when creating the integration?
If possible check the web console, if there is an error then it will displayed there, use these keyboard shortcuts to get the console if you are using Chrome.
Windows: Ctrl+Shift+J.
Mac: Cmd+Opt+J.
