Autodelete Submissions App: How time does it take to delete the files once the submission is deleted?

I have noted in the response dated October 02, 2015 at 12:51 AM by Chriistian that the auto delete submissions app is supposed to delete the files and the submission. However, in my testing that does not appear to be the case. The submissions are deleting, but the files are not. Is there a timing issue in which the files are deleted somewhat later?

The files should be deleted as soon as the submission is deleted. However, there could be some temporary glitches that do not allow to delete the files, if this is the case, you may provide us with the link to the file/files and we will delete them for you. 

ok. by temporary glitches, do you mean sporadically, or do you mean there is a glitch that is being worked on to fix the app to prevent this in the future?

 

 

Yes, I mean sporadically, I just have tested the app and it is working on my end, the submission is being deleted as soon as received as well as the file.
