Hi im a member of a scuba diving club and our members like to organise trips and holidays for the club to go on. I am trying to standardise the info which gets sent out to our members by those planning a trip and I was wondering if it would be possible using JotForm to create a standard trip detail form on our website that members can complete which will be sent out as a plain (un editable) invitation template to our group email address on submission with a facility for members to then accept or decline the invitation with the response being sent to both the trip planner and myself as the club expeditions officer

    Thanks

    Joe

Based on your description, it seems that you are referring to an Auto-responder email. This is like a confirmation email or auto response email. This will be sent to the user who completed the form.

    Please refer to these guides:
    Creating a Form Auto-responder
    Notification Auto-responder Email Details

We have 2 types of email alerts:
    1. Email Notifications - Receive an email when someone fills your form
    2. Auto-responder Email - Send confirmation email to the person who fills your form

Hope that helps. Let us know if you have any questions. Thank you.
