Can You Help Me to Convert My Forms from EmailmeForm?

I have plenty forms in EmailmeForm, it would be fantastic if someone would convert them - I do not have the time!

Unfortunately, we don't have that kind of service, so we can only show the easiest way to do that. For cases such of this, we have clone tool to import webpages, but it doesn't work perfectly when the form comes from outsource; but we can use it to create main structure of the form.
