Unable to create fillable PDF of my form

The problem doesn't seem to be fixed. I cannot create fillable pdf forms free. I have the same problem as info5912.

I tried to convert the following web-form to a fillable PDF, but although it's a very simple form, jotform is stuck and keeps displaying "In Arbeit" (german for "in progress") almost forever.

    Other question:
Will I be informed by email, before my free monthly submissions are used up, so I can upgrade in time?

    Thank's for your help,
    Cuno

Try removing the "." character from your forms title.  Instead of "Test Selbsteval. Curacasa 16 dt" change it to "Test Selbsteval Curacasa 16 dt".  Once the period was removed from the title, everything was then able to convert properly.

You will indeed be informed via email when you approach your account limits.  Even if you go over your limits, you will still have a day or two to upgrade before from are disabled.

    Hi David

The export-problem is solved. Thanks for your efforts.
I didn't know that a period could cause such a problem.

Now I have another problem with my fillable PDF.
(Please feel free to move this question to a new thread.)

After I click the Send-Button, I receive a security-warning (Sicherheitswarnung). When I choose "Zulassen" (accept/trust jotform.com) everything works fine. But if I click on "Abbrechen" (Cancel), all my text is encoded and is hardly readable (see image). Last year I had contact with Mustafa, one of your developer, because I had problems with Umlaute (ö,ä,ü) in one of my surveys. (www.jotform.com/answers/570629-Problems-with-Umlaute-using-PDF-Forms). He fixed the Javascriptcode and the Umlaut-problem could be solved. Unfortunately some of the users were scared by the security-warning and they pressed the cancel-button. The next time they tried to send the data, it was sent in an encoded format. It took my quite a long time to decode the encoded text.  It would be nice if the Javascript-Code could be adaptet, so that the code is only encoded when the user hits the "Zulassen" (Accept)-Button.

    Best wishes
    Cuno

The security warning is letting the user know that the PDF is about to connect to an external application.  If you press "Accept", it will send the data without issue.  Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about the security warning.
