How to change name of cloned form?

I've changed the name of the clone form, the the old name shows up in facebook when I copy the bitly into facebook.  It shows Cancun when it should show Reunion Cruise 2017

Did you add the form to a facebook page? Perhaps you can try removing the form then adding it again to your facebook page. Here's a guide that can help: Adding Form to Facebook Pages

Yes. I  changed the name but the incorrect name was still showing under properties.  I changed that but it still shows Cancun now. I  know the old post has to be deleted but if I  try now it's still wrong.
