    code reads invalid markup in Dreamweaver

    I am experiencing a problem when I post my code into dreamweaver with the email confirmation section of the code.

    Dreamweaver is seeing it as invalid markup, and wont recognize the confirmation implement.

    Dreamweaver says " Invalid markup - Marked invalid because it contains a duplicate attribute. Remove the duplicate attribute."

    I have attached a screen shot of what I am seeing in Dreamweaver to help give you a better idea. And below you will find the coding that Dreamweaver is saying is invalid.

    Please do not create multiple threads for the same issue. It causes confusion amongst support team members. We are short on manpower these days, but your questions will be answered as soon as a supporter becomes available. Creating multiple threads will not increase your questions priority.
