    Hi Jotform Support!

    I will describe what I would like to do, and would appreciate your illumination on which words I should be searching for in the community and help section. What is my example below called, is this conditional formatting?

    1) I would like to know if Jotform can generate a response based on the answers provided (a generated report)

    2) If not, do you have any suggestions?

     

    EXAMPLE

    based on how people answer the questions below I know their 1) primary processing style, 2) secondary processing style 3) modality they learn easiest and how to teach them so they learn easily and quickly. 

    For instance: Primary processing style is visual, secondary is kinetic.  Teach this person by using videos and experiences. 

     

    They answer these questions with 0-3, 0 = not at all, 1 = sometimes, 2= often and 3= always

    What was heard:  When you remember a story someone read to you do you hear their voice like when they were reading it?  

    What was heard:  When you remember a story someone read to you, do you see pictures you made in your mind? 

    What was heard:  When you remember a story someone read to you, do you remember by feeling movements like the main character moved in the story? (Kinesthetic)

    What was heard:  When you remember a story someone read to you, do you remember by the feelings your felt while you were read to?

    What was heard: When someone reads to you, do you remember what was read by remembering how things in the story environment felt – hard, bumpy, soft, cool, warm

    What was Read: When remembering a story you have read to yourself – do you hear yourself ‘reading’ it?

    What was Read: When remembering a story you have read to yourself 

    What was Read: When remembering a story you have read to yourself do you remember it by feeling yourself be the hero and moving like the hero?

    What was Read: When remembering a story you have read to yourself, do you remember it by how you felt about the story? (happy, sad, etc)

    What was Read: When remembering a story you have read to yourself, do you feel the environment of the story? tactile

    What was Experienced: When remembering something you have done, do you hear yourself telling yourself about it?

    What was Experienced: When remembering something you have done, do you see yourself doing it?

    What was Experienced: When remembering something you have done, do you remember it by how your body moved?

    What was Experienced: When remembering something you have done, do you remember how you were feeling (happy, sad) when you were doing it?

    What was Experienced: When remembering something you have done, do you remember by how things around you felt?

    When thinking or imagining do you hear yourself describing things in your mind? 

    When thinking or imagining do you watch pictures and movies in your mind?

    When thinking or imagining do you feel yourself moving around?

    When thinking or imagining do you feel emotions in your mind?

    When thinking or imagining do you feel things in your mind?

    You may try searching for 'calculation', 'conditional' key words on our support forum.

    Would you basically need to calculate the modality scores (visual, auditory, kinesthetic) and based on these scores show/email custom messages?

    With conditional logic on form you can dynamically show  form 'thank you' messages, send different email templates, show/hide the fields, compare values and so on.
