How do I convert my pdf forms to use JotForm?

    You could try using Adobe Fformscentral Alternative to get the PDF forms into Your JotForm account. 

    Note that not all PDF file can be converted to JotForm Web form.

    We have very limited ability to convert PDF's to JotForm webform.  The application to do so can be found here:

    http://apps.jotform.com/app/spread2jot

    Though many elements from PDF's cannot be converted.  The page my colleague referred you to can import forms created with Adobe Formscentral, however, it cannot convert regular PDF forms.
