Account Suspended - Form Import - Website

Asked by LaTrice on March 07, 2012 at 05:33 PM

    Greetings JotFrom Representative,

I was trying to import a form from my googledoc to create a new form in JotForm.  After trying unsuccessfully 3 times, my account was suspended.

At your earliest conveinence, I would appreciate it if you would reactivate my account and advise me on how to properly upload googledoc spreadsheet to create a new JotForm.

    Thank you for your support,

    LaTrice

    I have reactivated your account.

You cant import googlesheets to create forms, you will have to manually create the form in the JotForm editor.

I also note you are account has used 10 of the 10 allowed SSL submissions per month. You may want to consider not using a secure URL for your forms.

    Hello,

It's still suspended.  Please reactivate. I'll try to embed the form in my website & use that url address instead of my googledocs address.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

P.S. How do I change the Secure URL status?

You account is now reactivated again.

You need to delete those imported forms or else the automated system will eventually disable your account again.

You need to update the embed code on whatever website you have embedded your other form to use an non-secure URL.

Do you know what embed code you used? and we will advise what to change it to.

Thank you so much.  I deleted the forms.  I'm not sure if my google site uses a non-secure URL or not.  I have embedded the form here: https://sites.google.com/site/suasystems/home/test

Is it possible to import this form is jotforms or is there another way to import forms without recreating them in Jotform?

    Best,

    LaTrice

How did you get the form embeded on your that googlesite?

    https://sites.google.com/site/suasystems/online-purchase-request-form

You need to change the embed code from :

    <script src="//www.jotform.net/jsform/13525244166"></script>

    to:

    <script src="http://www.jotform.net/jsform/13525244166"></script>

Great!  But how would i use to form from https://sites.google.com/site/suasystems/home/test to create a new form in jotform using the New Form Wizard.  The instructions list the following steps:

    1) Import form

    2) I selected "From a web page"

    3) Enter URL

In step 3, I'm unsure which url to put. If I put https://sites.google.com/site/suasystems/home/test will my accout be deactivated (when I used the url google forms gave me, my account was deactivated when I tried to insert it in the Form Wizard?

    Please advise.

    Thank you :D

Our Form Wizard can not import your spreadsheet/form from https://sites.google.com/site/suasystems/home/test page. You will have to re-create this form using available JotForm tools.

Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.

You can only import existing JotForm forms from the import from URL option.
