Answered by fxr on March 07, 2012 at 05:46 PMI have reactivated your account.
You cant import googlesheets to create forms, you will have to manually create the form in the JotForm editor.
I also note you are account has used 10 of the 10 allowed SSL submissions per month. You may want to consider not using a secure URL for your forms.

Answered by LaTrice on March 07, 2012 at 06:09 PMHello,
It's still suspended. Please reactivate. I'll try to embed the form in my website & use that url address instead of my googledocs address. Sorry for the inconvenience.
P.S. How do I change the Secure URL status? -

Answered by fxr on March 07, 2012 at 06:15 PMYou account is now reactivated again.
You need to delete those imported forms or else the automated system will eventually disable your account again.

You need to update the embed code on whatever website you have embedded your other form to use an non-secure URL.
Do you know what embed code you used? and we will advise what to change it to.

Answered by SUASystems on March 07, 2012 at 07:01 PMThank you so much. I deleted the forms. I'm not sure if my google site uses a non-secure URL or not. I have embedded the form here: https://sites.google.com/site/suasystems/home/test
Is it possible to import this form is jotforms or is there another way to import forms without recreating them in Jotform?
Best,
LaTrice

<script src="//www.jotform.net/jsform/13525244166"></script>
to:
<script src="http://www.jotform.net/jsform/13525244166"></script>

Answered by SUASystems on March 07, 2012 at 07:16 PMGreat! But how would i use to form from https://sites.google.com/site/suasystems/home/test to create a new form in jotform using the New Form Wizard. The instructions list the following steps:
1) Import form
2) I selected "From a web page"
3) Enter URL
In step 3, I'm unsure which url to put. If I put https://sites.google.com/site/suasystems/home/test will my accout be deactivated (when I used the url google forms gave me, my account was deactivated when I tried to insert it in the Form Wizard?
Please advise.
Thank you :D
