May we know what file type you want to upload in our system?
Please note that the file structure of your standalone file MAY not be the same with how our forms are structured.
Regardless, here are the ways on how to import or upload a form in JotForm:
1. You can use the Import Tool found here: http://www.jotform.com/adobe-formscentral-alternative/. Click the "Import Your Forms" button, you'll see the third option that says "PDF Only"
Please note that this will NOT convert the PDF form to an online form, hence the uploaded form cannot be edited in our form builder and will not be able to maximize the use of other features.
What is the benefit of uploading or importing your PDF form to JotForm? The upload PDF form will allow you to collect data from your users in offline mode. Here's an example of it:
When the PDF form is successfully upload to JotForm, you will see it like this, the only way to use it is to download it again.
When you download it, you'll see the following options:
2. Another way to import or upload your form to JotForm is using this app: https://apps.jotform.com/app/spread2jot. The files supported are: Excel (BIFF) .xls, Excel 2007 (OfficeOpenXML) .xlsx, CSV, Libre/OpenOffice Calc .ods, Gnumeric, PDF, HTML. However, please note that it may not fully copy the form you have, as mentioned, the original file you have has a different structure with the online forms that we have. It can probably copy or import simple form fields.
I hope that helps.
