How to upload a PDF with a form?

Hi Team,

I have created a form. So i want the page to do is....when someone clicks the submit button after filling all the details... Immediately the pdf should open. 

Help me with this asap.

If I understand you correctly, you would like to redirect the Thank you page. You can redirect the Thank You page to a custom URL PDF file that you uploaded on your server. Here's a guide: Setting-Up-the-Thank-You-Page

If what you want is to show a PDF link of the submission in the default Thank You page, then it is possible. In the Thank You page wizard, just edit the text and you'll see the Form Fields dropdown, click it and choose the PDF link option.

Thank you for your quick response.
What i require is an conditional form. The mandatory things that needed to
be filled are Name and Email ID. Once that is filled then the customer
clicks on submit button then the button should be redirected to my link.
Please help me this type of form
