Multiple forms on Facebook?

    I presume you would like to embed the form on your Facebook page?

    If that's the case, there are two methods on how to embed your form to a Facebook page:

    Method 1: You can embed the form using the JotForm Add Tab application. Here's a guide about it: https://www.jotform.com/help/22-Adding-Form-to-Facebook-Page. Now this app can only hold one form.

    Method 2: You can embed your forms in multiple tabs by using the Static HTML: iFrame tabs app, here's a guide about it: https://www.jotform.com/help/82-Adding-Form-to-Facebook-Custom-iFrame-App-. This method allows you to embed one form on each tab, it allows you to create multiple tabs.
