How to edit "Form Title" showing on browser's tab?

I have cloned a form from last year but I seem to be unable to find where to edit the name of the form as it appears on the tab of the internet page/window. Apparently, I did not make this change last year either because it still has the 2014 date on the tab.

I seem to have been able to make this change on other forms but I can't on this one. I don't know if it is how this template is set up or what. I'm not sure.

You can change that from Preferences->Advanced, click "Show More", then go to "Form Title".
