Can you add a logical condition on a dropdown list?
Asked by John Pham on March 09, 2012 at 01:53 PMquantity create condition logical conditionWhat i mean is, for example if I have a drop down box with option 1, 2, 3 and I want to assign option 1 as "quantity #1 for $100 and so on. If a customer pick option #1, it will choose value of $150 for checkout on my paypal so I won't need to create a text box for each options.

JotForm Support
Answered by gori-mathew on March 09, 2012 at 02:25 PMHello John;
Unfortunetly we dont support this feature but our developers are working on it and will ready soones. Kindly keep in touch on this mail thread for updates.
JotForm currently has only two methods of calculation - one is by using the Grading tool and the other by using our Payment tools.
The Grading tool can only add numbers entered in textbox "subfields"

With Payment tools, you can auto-calculate the price of products selected by the user.

Follow the link below to learn more about Payment tools and how it can help you with your goal.

Answered by anartwork on March 09, 2012 at 08:40 PMFor the meantime, if you are trying to do this for your products. You can actually run the purchase order wizard. Just go to Payment Tools and select Purchase Order, run the wizard and fill out the product details and price.
Hope that helps :)
