Option to "Send Post Data" under the prefrences is gone or has been moved

I need my form to send post data to the redirect URL provided in an HTTP post.  There was an option in the preferences a few days ago to do this, but now it is not there anymore.  how do I enable this now?  

You should still be able to see the option "Send POST Data" in the new "Preferences" wizard. Here's how:

1. Click the "Preferences"->"Advance"-> And click the "Show More" button.

2. Scroll down and you will see the "Send POST Data" option there.
