    Creating a calculating survey form

    I want to create a form with 16 questions that have a choice of 1-5. Based on the answers, the form will calculate a result. For instance, Question 1 is answered with a 4, Question 2 is answered with a 3, Question 3 is answered with a 5. And so on. In my example, the person completing the form will receive a result of 12. Is this possible with JotForm?
