    My forms wont load

    I can't click on my new submissions and when I can they never load. help! :c

    I checked the forms in your account and was able to view the submissions I was not able to replicate the issue. JotForm uses JavaScript and this should be enabled in your browser to use all functionalities of the form builder.

    Please check whether JavaScript is enabled in your browser settings? Below are links for instructions on how to enable JavaScript in different browsers.

    Javascript is and has been enabled and I still can't view my forms.

    They open fine in Internet Explorer but not FireFox.

    I've tested it with Firefox and it works fine.

    Hi,

    I checked also your form/s using Firefox and it's working properly. I don't see any problem in your form. I suggest logout to your account, delete browser cache and cookies then log back in.
