Hello, I have a free account, and my form is disabled. I clicked the "Disable" and then "Enable" option, and although it says "Enabled" the link leads to a disabled page.
I have yet to reach the view/submission limits according to the analytics.
Please advise

Our Phishing Detector has flagged your form http://www.jotform.us/form/53576100024141 because it contains the words "password" and others that might be related to sensitive information. I have manually checked your form and found nothing suspicious so far. I understand that you have no field collecting passwords.
