Please help me verify that my form is secured on my Weebly website

Hi,

I have a Weebly Pro website (unsecured) and I have Jot Form as an App. I embedded an Intake Form and I want to make sure that when my clients fill out the form on my website (http://www.hanarenee.com/intake-form.html) that it is still secure even though my website platform is not. 

If it's not secure I'll just send clients a link to the form directly but I'd rather have them do it via the website but only if it's secure. 

Can you verify that for me please.
