Hi, I have been in my account all morning long. Trying to figure out where the 500 submissions are. I have purged the old forms, and looked through the archived forms. I am not seeing the number of submissions that the system is saying that I have. Can you help me find them so that I can clear them out?

I have checked your account and see that there are few forms in the Trash folder. These forms are having some submissions which are still being counted as Total submission count. This is due you can still recover these forms along with the submissions.
If you do not want any of the submissions or forms from the Trash folder, you may delete (purge) the forms permanently. Please make sure that you are having a backup of your data since the data or forms once deleted, there is no way we can recover them again.
Please refer to the new feature announced recently to export your data of your JotForms.
Hope this information helps!

Hi Kiran,
I am in the trash folder and I don't see those forms and submissions. Could you help me figure out where to find them. I don't mind deleting them but I don't see them.

Hi,
I also see an empty trash folder in your account. I can only assume those forms were already purged.
The change should reflect to your total submissions now.
Do let us know if you need further assistance.
