Remove the text Created by Jotform on the autoresponse email

    Is there a way to take out the Jotform logo? I've unchecked it on the Settings, but it still appears.

    Does the paid plan allow for this feature?

    You can modify the email template to get rid of the "Created by text and logo"

    Save the email template and thats it. 

    You can do this even on FREE plan only.
