Storage used is shown in orange should I be worried ?

Storage used is shown in orange ..... 4GB out of 1TB ...... Should I be worried (refer attached). 

Probably not... its not even reach 50% as of this time.

But it may also depends on the pattern on how your upload accumulates which I am not familiar at this time.

You will be getting alert/notification on the progress on how the space accumulates. So you will be made aware if its on critical point as well.
