Today, my password would not work anymore, so I had to reset it. (same thing happened a few days ago, and my email was added to the bounce list and my forms stopped working.)

Today I reset and then i cloned a form and got all the way through redesigning it , then I went into the

designer part to change some colours and the page that came up said "You have no forms..."

It was an almost empty page with not much on it.

When i exited that page, I went to my forms list and the form (which I had already saved) was not there.

The form I tried to clone was entitled Gift Certificate Art

I checked your account and I was able to see the cloned form.

It is possible that you are not logged in to your account which is why you can't see the forms you created. It is also possible that you were logged out because you signed in your other account in the same browser on a different tab. Do you have another account with JotForm?

You can only use 1 JotForm account in 1 browser, you need to open a new browser window. On my end, I am using 2 browsers, Chrome and Firefox.

Our Form Builder has auto save function so that just in case something happened, the forms you created will still be available. If you got logged out, just log back in and you'll see the forms.

Let us know if you have any questions. Thank you.
