How I do add multiple options?

Hi,

this is a complete newbie´s question.

I want to be able to give several possible options as answers in one question

(Where did you make Ads?)

A Facebook

B Goole Adwords

So, the user could select A and B

For single answer, please use the Radio button tool. While for multiple answers, please use the Check box tool.
