For the FREE plan, does the 10 payment submissions limit reset monthly?

For the free plan, would I get 10 payment submissions each month or over the life of the plan?

The 10 payment submissions will reset monthly, same as the Form Views and 100 Submissions limit. Note that the counters reset the first of each month.

Also note that your account gets disabled(no more submissions can be received), whenever a limit is reached(whichever is reached first).
