Dear d_lane,
Have you changed the value of the first pages input from the default value's? IE: "{input17}" instead of what the form value actually is? This can occur if you edit the E-mail'ed form values that are to be displayed in the E-mail to the reciepient address.

Are you referring to the content of the email notification being sent after your form is submitted?
Information not being updated are often caused by fields being added to the form after the notification is set up. I would suggest you edit the email notification content or you can just create a new notification and that will sure have all the updated fields and delete the old one.
