Trying to create form with free text that a client can just type in

Trying to create form with free text that a client can just type in, so using the "T text" box with the info listed below, I want to the client to be able to just type in their phone number, address ect, but have put code on my site, all is great bit there is not ability to type in....

If I understand you correctly, you would like a free text area editor for your users right? If yes, then please use one of these widgets:

CK Editor widget
TinyMCE widget
Squire Editor widget

If this is not what you need then you might be referring to this kind of feature:

Labelless widget
