I cannot download all the submissions in excel right now. Is there a problem?

Upon checking your form submission, I don't see any problem and It's working properly. Have you tried already deleting browser cache and cookies? If not, please give a try. Logout to your JotForm account, delete brosing cache and cookies then log back in.
If the said issue is still presist, please let us know so we can further assist you and investigate the said issue.

Answered by ctr4wellness on March 19, 2012 at 10:53 PMI already deleted the history, cache and cookies. I also tried restarting my pc and use another pc but still I can't download it to excel.

Like my other colleagues have stated , everythin seems fine with your forms.
I have checked your form "IT Department Survey Form" and made a download of the submissions for that particular form in a excel or csv file with no problem.
Please make sure you click either on the excel or csv button as shown below

Yes, please follow this simple steps:
1. Edit your form
2. Go to Setup and Embed
3. Click Preferences
4. Click Advance Settings
5. Click Unique Submissions
6. Choose Strict Text
7. Save
