Good day! Jotform doesn't have HIPAA Compliance Certificate, but you can use Jotform in HIPAA Compliant way. Please review our supervisors thread regarding this:

In regards to the other things, Can you please indicate exactly what you are referring to. Jorform enables to to share forms and allows users to create different forms, reports.
